THE unsuccessful candidate for the SDLP council seat has decided to resign from two party posts. Terry Andrews felt he had “no choice” but to resign from the party’s constituency council and as branch secretary of Rowallane SDLP after being passed over for the Down councillor position vacated by Margaret Ritchie MLA.
